Vickery Seeks Labor Input

As your representative on the Governor's Council, I want to know your opinion about Governor Romney's latest judicial nominee, Daniel J. O'Shea. Currently, O'Shea is a judge in the Department of Industrial Accidents (DIA). The key role of a DIA judge is to decide Workers Compensation cases.

The Governor's Council is the final firewall in the process for picking judges. It is the only body that can veto Romney's judicial nominees. So if you have first-hand knowledge of Judge O'Shea's performance as a DIA judge, please let me know what you think.
